The Stop Smoking Program
Free consultation and assessment

Each client will be scheduled for an individual consultation and assessment session prior to participating in the program. Information obtained during this session will be used to develop a treatment plan for the client based on the client's individual strengths, needs and smoking history.

Education
Each client will participate in addiction education sessions. Addiction education will consist of: Signs and symptoms of nicotine addiction, the physiological and psychological aspects of nicotine addiction, cravings intervention, the identification of smoking triggers and effective interventions and weight management. A very intense focus will be placed on relapse prevention.
